I am having problems with my coding question:
Transcatheter placement of stent, abdominal aorta using intravascular ultrasound monitoring. Assign both surgical and radiological supervision and interpretation codes.
Im using 2013 code book and have 37205, 75960, 75845 but is still wrong. Please help and explain what I am missing.
